Position: Audit Manager

Location: Nicosia

Job Type: Full-Time - Hybrid (2 days from home)

 

Company Overview: Our client is an established Accounting and Audit firm in Nicosia, and is looking for an Audit Manager to join their growing team of professionals.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit engagements

Provide audit and industry advice to a variety of clients

Oversee and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and support.

Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans in compliance with relevant standards.

Assess and mitigate audit risks, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial statements.

Maintain strong client relationships and deliver clear audit reports and recommendations.

Stay updated on audit and accounting regulations and industry best practices.

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or a related field

ACA/ACCA qualification

10 years of working experience in an audit firm – Minimum 5 years as qualified

Good knowledge of IFRS and ISA

Knowledge of CaseWare Suite

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

Excellent command of English and Greek language

Any other language will be considered an advantage

Strong Organizational and communication skills

 

Benefits:

Remuneration package: Annual EUR 40,000 – 45,000 gross
