About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Casino CRM Manager to join our esteemed client’s team. As the Casino CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing player engagement, retention, and satisfaction by overseeing the collection, analysis, and utilization of customer data. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of customer data, including player profiles, preferences, and behaviors

Maintain a secure and up-to-date customer database

Design and execute personalized marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and direct mail, to engage and retain customers and on-site promotions

Manage the casino's loyalty program, including point accrual, redemption, and tier advancement

Provide assistance and resolution to customer issues and complaints promptly

Monitor the effectiveness of CRM initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs)

Keep high management informed about CRM performance and propose recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate player feedback into game and platform improvements

Work closely with the customer support team to address player concerns and enhance the overall player experience

Ensure that all CRM activities comply with relevant gambling and privacy regulations

Keep up with industry trends and best practices in CRM to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management within the online casino or gaming industry.

Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in CRM software and tools, including experience with Flows and InTarget or similar CRM platforms

Exceptional project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of fostering a positive and high-performing team environment

Understanding of responsible gaming principles and regulations

Fluency in English

Accuracy and a high sense of responsibility

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry

Experience with intarget, flows is a plus
