About the Role: Due to continued success and expansion, they are currently looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to to manage construction projects, conduct site investigations, assess risks, and ensure safe project completion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical expertise, and oversee structure implementation. Strong project management, communication and leadership skills are essential for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
• Resolving design and development problems
• Managing budgets and project resources
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
• Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
• Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
• Staying up to date with international engineering trends
• Identifying and addressing problems
• Supervising construction
• Estimating costs and timelines
• Conducting research and applying new knowledge
• Designing processes, materials, tools, and systems
• Making improvements to existing processes, materials, etc.
• Implementing solutions and designs

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
• Master's degree will be beneficial
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in Project Management
• Steadfast dedication to ethical codes of practice
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Willingness to work under time and budget pressure
• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)
• Organizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Leadership skills and cooperation with a team of other professionals
• Awareness of the specific environmental and social impact of the projects
• Greek and English Language is a must.

• Salary will be discussed based on experience. The company is offering 12 Salaries and additional bonus based on performance and KPI’s will be given to the employer's discretion that can sum up to one salary amount.
