Position: Corporate Administrator / Compliance Officer Assistant

Location: Nicosia - Onsite

Job Type: Full-Time 

 

Company Overview: Our client is a Corporate and Financial Services provider to a range of private individuals and companies worldwide. They are currently in search of a new member in the Compliance department as Corporate Administrator / Compliance Officer Assistant.

Duties:

Assist in the incorporation of legal entities in Cyprus.

Maintain and update statutory registries and records.

Prepare and file forms and documents with the Registrar of Companies.

Collect data and information and assists with AML and KYC procedures.

Maintain proper client files and updates client records.

Arranging for documents to be executed.

Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Analytical skills, high levels of attention to detail and results orientation.

Excellent organization, planning and time management skills.

Fluent in English.

Computer literate (MS Office).

Previous experience as a Corporate Administrator will be a huge plus.

What our client is offering:

Salary: €1500 gross per month.

Working hours Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm / Friday 9:00am - 2:30pm
