On behalf of our client, a well-established international firm specializing in Corporate Services, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their professional team in Nicosia.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the incorporation of legal entities in Cyprus.
  • Maintain and update statutory registries and records.
  • Prepare and file forms and documents with the Registrar of Companies.
  • Collect data and information and assists with AML and KYC procedures.
  • Maintain proper client files and updates client records.
  • Arranging for documents to be executed.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in such position would be considered a plus, however it is not a must as training will be provided.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills, high levels of attention to detail and results orientation.
  • Excellent organization, planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken is a must.
  • Conversant with standard software packages, excellent knowledge of MS-Office suite and be ready to learn company-specific software if required.
  • Readiness to acquire new knowledge and develop.
