About the Role: The Customer Support Officer will be the first point of contact for players, ensuring a seamless gaming experience by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional support. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, empathetic, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.

- Resolve technical issues and assist players with account-related queries.

- Provide detailed information about games, promotions, and company policies.

- Handle and escalate complaints appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the company’s gaming portfolio.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the i-Gaming industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.

- Proficiency with customer support software and tools.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- A genuine interest in the i-Gaming industry and its products.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
