About the Role: The Head of Finance will play a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy and operations of the company. This position requires a visionary leader who can drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support business growth through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in financial leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to support business objectives.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and internal policies.

- Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.

- Manage cash flow, investments, and risk to ensure financial stability.

- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational needs.

- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics is a must. Master’s degree is considered a plus. ACCA and other certifications are welcome.

- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in Fintech industry.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial management software and tools.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
