Our client is a successful Digital Agency based in Cyprus. Due to the growing demand for their services, we are now hiring a ‘’Social Media Administrator’’ to join their team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful content for their clients' social media platforms and marketing campaigns. Your primary goal will be to attract and engage the target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive user engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:
Assist in the management of a portfolio of clients’ social media accounts.
Regularly update clients on the status of their campaigns.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during campaigns.

Content Creation & Strategy:
Work with the content team to plan, curate, and schedule posts.
Aid in the development and execution of social media campaigns.
Analyze trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and digital marketing best practices to create relevant and captivating content.

Platform Management:
Assist in the management and optimization of client profiles on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Schedule and post content, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the client’s brand guidelines.

Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and track campaign performance using various analytics tools.
Assist in the creation of monthly/quarterly reports for clients, detailing the performance of their campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, social media algorithms, and digital marketing best practices to create relevant and engaging content

Collaboration:
Collaborate with other teams within the agency, such as SEO, PPC, and Graphic Design to ensure integrated strategies.
Attend team meetings and client meetings as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English, including proofing and editing.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Basic knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc. is a plus.
