Position: Legal Administrator

Company Overview: Our client is a highly reputable and expanding provider of Legal Services, we are seeking to recruit a Legal Administrator to join their growing Corporate department team based in their offices in Nicosia.
Duties and Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Preparation, review and execution of various secretarial resolutions and documents including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates, powers of attorney, forms to be filed to the Registrar of Companies etc.
Provision of administrative support to lawyers and enhancement of office effectiveness.
Organizational and secretarial office support skills.
Ability to complete tasks within strict timeframes.
Monitoring of deadlines.
Internal and external communication and correspondence management.
Fluent in both the Greek and the English language.
