Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to lead and execute all aspects of our marketing strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of our branding, content creation, and digital marketing efforts while playing a key role in shaping the company’s image and driving growth.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Analytics:
Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies, paid advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
Manage Google Analytics, Search Console reports, and online performance tracking.
Oversee LinkedIn content creation and maintain the company’s website project map.

Content Creation & Management:
Produce engaging content, including newsletters, videos, podcasts, and drone footage.
Manage the company’s YouTube channel and broadcasting campaigns.
Collaborate with internal and external teams for graphic design and creative materials.

Branding & Advertising:
Develop and execute strategies for PR, social media presence, and billboards.
Manage designs for brochures, fencing, and branding installations.
Organize and promote exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.

Coordination & Reporting:
Maintain and update sales materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Track budgets, process invoices, and provide regular performance insights.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and trends (Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and PR campaigns.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in English and Greek.
