Position: Product Manager

Location: Nicosia

Job Type: Full-Time - Hybrid (2 days from home)

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain Product Roadmap

Monitoring, controlling, and improving key metrics of the Product.

Lead a team of Business Analysts

Lead a team of UI/UX designers

Help the team come up with ideas for new features to improve User Retention KPIs

Brainstorm ideas and find opportunities for product improvements.

Conduct and analyze various A/B testing use cases and optimizations to improve User Retention KPIs

Handle product feature requests that come in from other departments, prioritize them, and make sure they are delivered on time with maximum quality.

Overview your team's Jira tickets and ensure high quality is met in any Product Changes that go for development.

Take critical decisions related to the Product and its upcoming changes and make sure you fully understand each upcoming change's impact and the risks associated with them.

Forecast product revenue and take actions to meet it.

Ensure timely and high-quality communication with all stakeholders.

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience as a high-performing Product Manager on a Consumer Facing product.

Experience working closely with UI/UX or Web Designers.

Experience working closely with Engineers.

Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

Experience with improving conversion funnels.

Understanding website design and development process.

Good understanding of Google Analytics or other User Behavior Analytics tools.

Good Data Analysis knowledge and ability to present in a meaningful manner data observations.

Comfortable with ideation and generating out-of-the-box solutions.

Great knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment

Experience using Atlassian Jira.

Fluent in the English language

Experience leading a team.
