About the Role: Due to continued success and expansion, they are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join their amazing team of professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and maximize sales, generate leads and maintain follow up B2B/B2C.
- Monitor on CRM with existing and new accounts with tasks, activities, and opportunities.
- Expand the business network, maximizing and managing the performance of agents and associates.
- Plan training for agents and associates on company’s projects and services.
- Prepare budget and business plan to participate in private events, seminars, exhibitions, conferences, summits, and road shows.
- Coordination viewings for prospective buyers and associates.
- Make strong marketing strategies and context creation in coordination with head of sales and head of marketing.
- Liaise and coordinate compliance ie KYC, SOF, visas, purchasing & post sales procedures.
- Preparing selling strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor, and customer analysis.
- Analyzing trends and results and generates timely sales reports.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners and agents; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing Real Estate market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in Real Estate industry is a must.
- English and/or Greek is a must. Any other language i.e. Russian, Ukrainian, Arab, Vietnamese, Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
