We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Manager to join our esteemed client’s team.
Our Client
Our client is an iGaming Marketing consultancy & digital publisher and their portfolio of clients are established and influential players in the iGaming affiliate industry. Their work sees to effect positive change, deliver results and raise standards for their partners and clients, which includes leading operators and game studios in the real money and social gaming industries.
Role Overview
Working remotely, the Senior Client Manager will play a central role in the growth of the agency’s business.
Reporting directly to the Client Management Lead, the Senior Client Manager will work closely with the Client Services division to cement a seamless experience for the agency’s clients and drive forward a productive culture that supports the team to grow revenues for the division.
The Senior Client Manager will have an in-depth understanding and proven track record within the iGaming industry and bring with them excellent qualities of organisation and success management. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced individual with proven experience in account management, who is ready to further level up one of the most progressive companies in gaming.
The role will involve occasional travel to relevant iGaming industry events and team/client/ partner meetings in the UK and mainland Europe.
The role will require/ allow for flexible working hours with allocated clients residing around the world.
Key responsibilities
Onboarding of new clients
Establish ongoing reporting and review initiatives with new and existing clients
Working with the Client Management Lead to cement a seamless experience for clients and a productive culture that supports the Client Services team
Actively contribute to ‘ideas generation’ with a view to enhancing and developing a best in class digital offering
Be the main point of contact for a range of iGaming operator clients
Managing clients and their needs
Coordinate with the team to make sure KPI’s are defined by the client
Helping and guiding the team on day to day tasks
Reporting to Client Management Lead
Weekly and monthly reporting for clients
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Affiliate/Account Management within global enterprises with a thorough understanding of the iGaming industry
Experience in working closely with C-Level Executives & business owners, with a broad knowledge of all technical, compliance, legal and commercial aspects of affiliate marketing in the iGaming space
Ability to build internal and external relationships to gain and share information such as industry trends, technical performance marketing insights
Creative problem solver ability to manage stressful situations whilst juggling multiple challenges.
First class & demonstrable organizational skills
A proven track record in creating customer success
Fluent in English you may be require to support other markets, so a second language would be an added advantage.
Agency Experience or experience managing clients is ideal
