Position: Senior Finance Assistant

About the Role: Due to continued success and expansion, they are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Assistant to join their finance department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions and supporting the financial stability of the company. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The position is fully remote in Cyprus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Payments Processing: Oversee and manage the processing of payments to vendors, contractors, and other third parties.

Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.

Reporting: Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.

Compliance: Ensure all financial operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Support: Assist with audits and provide support to the finance team in various projects and tasks.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software and tools.

Attributes: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Languages Requirements:

- English is a MUST

- Greek is a MUST

- Russian (will be considered as advantage)
