On behalf of our client, a Software Provider company based in Limassol, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join their Limassol based team. 

As a Senior UX/UI designer, you will be responsible for executing the design of user-centered digital experiences across websites and web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving and delivering consistent, efficient, and enjoyable UX designs
• Developing high-level storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product manager, to ensure the design meets the needs of the business
• Translating customer insights into designed experiences and forming a compelling story around it
• Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions
• Develop and maintain design patterns and standards to ensure consistency across the system
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and according to the specifications
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in back office and CRM system design

CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong portfolio showcasing your experience in both UX and UI skills
• Experience in creating and using personas, CJMs, mind maps, low & high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes
• Proficiency in using graphic editing tools (Figma, Miro, Sketch, Axure, Adobe products, and others)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong visual skills and attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills and strong problem-solving skills

Will be a plus:

Experience in iGaming, sports, game development, or entertainment web applications.
