We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our esteemed client’s team, a dynamic and innovative organization at the forefront of the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

User-Centered Design: Develop and refine user-centric designs by gathering requirements, conducting user research, and translating them into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.

Affiliate Niche Expertise: Design user experiences tailored to affiliate marketing strategies, ensuring seamless navigation and intuitive user journeys focused on conversion.

Customer Acquisition: Collaborate with the SE and product teams to optimize user flows for customer acquisition and retention.

iGaming Focus: Understand the unique needs and behaviors of users in the iGaming, sportsbook, and gambling sectors, and design experiences that cater to these preferences.

Feedback Iteration: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure the best user experience. Utilize tools like Hotjar and UserTesting for insights.

A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to compare different user experiences, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with platforms like Optimizely or VWO is a plus.

SEO Principles: Ensure designs are optimized for search engines, improving visibility and organic traffic. Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate best practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are realized as intended.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape and strategies.

Familiarity with the iGaming, sportsbook, and gambling sectors.

Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

Experience with A/B testing tools and concepts.

Understanding of SEO principles and their application in design.

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
