We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a WordPress Administrator & Developer. This is a full-time remote position based in Cyprus, with occasional in-person meetings in Nicosia for team collaboration.

As a WordPress Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining clients' websites, ensuring seamless functionality, updating content, and installing/configuration plugins. You will also troubleshoot technical issues, monitor site performance, and collaborate with the team to enhance website efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain WordPress websites for clients.
  • Update, configure, and install new plugins.
  • Provide client support via email (content updates, modifications, troubleshooting).
  • Develop new websites from scratch using WordPress, page builders, and plugins.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to website functionality, hosting, and security.
  • Monitor website performance and manage potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct online meetings with clients to discuss website design or redesign requirements.
  • Manage the support platform (tickets) and track work hours per client.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve website efficiency and functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in WordPress website management and development.
  • Ability to install, configure, and customize plugins and themes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Recent graduates with strong WordPress skills are encouraged to apply.
